Our club provides a caring and stimulating environment for children aged 5 to 11 before and after school

Our qualified and experienced staff provides a programme of exciting activities indoors and outdoors (See 'The Den' downloads on the right)

Breakfast Club

From 7.30am £4.00 including breakfast

After School Club

Until 6pm £10.00 including a light tea

Discounts are available to parents/guardians with more than one child attending the club and those who receive income support.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Where is the Club?

The Club takes place in the ‘Oak Room’ within the school

Q. How do I enrol my Child?

Ask for a Registration Form from the office. Parents are asked to pay a non-refundable £10 deposit per child when they register their child

Q. How will my child get from the Club to School and School to Club?

The staffs collect and drop Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children to and from their class teacher. Older children make their own way to and from club.

Q. Does my child get breakfast at the Club?

Yes, we provide toast, bagels with different jams and cereals that the children can choose from

Q. What does my child have to eat in the After School Club?

A varied nutritious snack is provided and we cater for vegetarians too.

Q. What happens if my child doesn’t want to do a particular activity?

There is a choice of different activities each day and the children can choose what they would like to take part in.

Q. What happens if I am late?

Children must be collected by 6pm. If you arrive after this time a charge of £10 per child will be made for each quarter of an hour or part thereof to cover staff costs.

Q. Can I use the club ‘as and when’?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer ‘as and when’ sessions as the club is over-subscribed.

Q. How do I pay fees?

We will ask you to let us have your half termly booking requirements. We will then charge you in advance for each half terms attendance. No refund will be made for non-attendance of club. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Pinner Wood School’. Late payment may result in your child’s place being offered to those on the waiting list. An administration charge of £20 will be made for bounced cheques.
